User Agreement

Thank you for choosing [LolaChat] (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the App”). To help you clearly understand the rules governing your use of the [LolaChat] mobile application and website services (“Services”), we have placed this User Agreement (“Agreement”) at the forefront.

[LolaChat] allows users to stream content in real time and provides services such as chat and adding friends. Users can add images and other platform features to their content, which is then transmitted through the service. It's important to note that opinions expressed by other users, including those expressed through virtual gifts, do not represent the platform's stance or values.
You declare and warrant that:
You have a legal right to grant the license specified in these Terms for content published on mobile applications and websites;
Your content does not infringe the privacy, portrait rights, copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
You agree to pay all royalties and fees payable to any relevant party for the published content;
2.2 Definition of Restricted and Disallowed Content
Users are strictly prohibited from Posting any offensive, insensitive, disturbing, repulsive, vulgar or scary content in this application. For example:
Child endangerment: We do not allow any sexualization of minors under the age of 18, including but not limited to promoting pedophilia or inappropriate interactions with minors.
CSAM: Creating and disseminating child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is a heinous crime, and we are committed to combating the distribution of CSAM. In this policy, children refer to anyone under the age of eighteen (18). We adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse material on our platform, as well as those who create, distribute, seek, or consume CSAM. Any content featuring or depicting children on our platform is strictly prohibited and is considered a serious violation of our terms of service. All instances of child sexual abuse material that we identify or become aware of will be immediately removed. We will report all cases of obvious child sexual abuse material to the police or any other law enforcement agency, and delete the accounts of individuals involved in the distribution.
Sexual content and blasphemy: We are committed to providing users with a safe and healthy Internet environment. You must not upload, publish, transmit, perform or store any content that is considered sexual or blasphemous, including pornographic content or anything intended to satisfy sexual content. Here are some examples of common violations:
-Descriptions of sexual nudity or sexually suggestive poses in which the subject is nude, blurred or minimally dressed and/or clothing is not appropriate for public places:
-Descriptions, animations or illustrations of sexual behavior, or sexual descriptions of poses or body parts that suggest sex.
-Descriptions or functional aids, sexual guides, illegal sex topics and fetish content.
-Obscene or profane content, including but not limited to content that may contain profanity, libel, explicit text, adult/sexual keywords.
-Content that describes, describes or encourages sexual behavior.
Hate speech: Hate speech is any form of expression by a speaker intended to denigrate, humiliate or incite hatred against a group or class of people on the basis of race, religion, color, sexual identity, gender identity, ethnicity, disability, nationality or any other characteristic associated with systematic discrimination or marginalization.
Violence: Describes actual or threatened violence against any person, or encouragement of the illegal or reckless use of a weapon and dangerous substances, or facilitating the purchase of firearms or ammunition.
Terrorist content: Any message, text, sound, image, code or other data or material that incites or promotes the commission of a terrorist crime, promotes the activities of a terrorist organization, or provides instructions and technology for the commission of a terrorist crime will be defined as terrorist content.
Bullying and harassment: Bullying and harassment are acts designed to humiliate or intimidate individuals, such as bullying victims of international or religious conflicts, exploiting others' content, including extortion, blackmail, etc., and publishing content to publicly humiliate someone.
We reserve the right to independently investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who posts restricted or inappropriate content on or through this application, including but not limited to removing the content from the service and terminating the membership of such violators. We also encourage you to help us improve our service by reporting any such restricted or inappropriate content through the report feature in the APP or contacting us via our customer service email.
You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not include in the publicly accessible member profile any phone numbers, street addresses, surnames, URLs, or user names from any social platform or email address.
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The platform strictly prohibits any content or actions related to CSAE, including the creation, sharing, or solicitation of obscene materials involving children. To swiftly identify and remove such harmful information, we have implemented a dual mechanism that combines automated and human review. Additionally, we encourage users to report suspicious activities through our dedicated reporting channels. Once verified, we will immediately take measures such as suspending or terminating accounts.

3.2.Age Restriction Statement
This service is only available to users aged 18 and over. We prohibit providing any services to children under the age of 13, and we will proactively delete their accounts if we discover such cases，
nor do we intentionally collect any personal information from them. If you are under the age of 13, please stop using this service immediately.
If we have unknowingly collected personal information from children under the age of 13, we will delete it immediately in accordance with applicable laws.
3.3. Protection of personal information of children (under 13 years old)
We strictly comply with applicable laws (including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)) regarding the protection of children's privacy and take the following measures when processing children's information:
No Unsolicited Collection
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, including account information, contact details, device information, etc.
No Targeted Content Display
This service does not contain content, advertisements, or behavioral guidance targeted at children, and will not attract or target users under the age of 13 in any way.
Parents'/Guardians' Rights
If a parent or guardian believes that their child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to us, they can contact us through the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy. We will promptly delete the relevant data after verifying the identity.
3.4. Parental and Guardian Responsibilities
Guardians should guide minors in the proper use of online services and strengthen their awareness of protection. If guardians discover any inappropriate behavior or data submissions by minors on this service, please contact us immediately.
If you misuse this service or act in a way that we deem inappropriate or illegal, we reserve the right to investigate, suspend, and/or terminate your account, including actions or communications involving users encountered through the service, even if they occur outside of the service. Below is a partial list of types of operations you may not participate in related to the service. You will not:
Ask for money from any user.
Harm, stalking or otherwise harassing others.
Pretending or distorting your relationship with any individual or entity (this includes pretending to be a minor (if you are not a minor)
Upload or transmit any content that you are not entitled to provide or infringe any party's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy or other ownership.
To express or imply that any statement made by you is approved by us without our prior written consent.
The use of services or the commission of illegal acts in an illegal manner.
Access to services in illegal or unauthorized jurisdictions.
Require or use users to conceal the identity, origin or destination of any illegally acquired funds or products.
Use any robot, spider, web search/retrieval application or other manual or automated device or process to retrieve, index, "mine" or otherwise copy or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of a service or its content.
Upload or transmit software viruses or any other harmful computer code, files or programs, or use any data mining, robotics or similar data collection or extraction methods.
Collecting a user's username and/or email address by electronic or other means to send unsolicited emails or unauthorized frames or links to the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt a service or the server or network connected to the service.
Transmission of any material containing a computer virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Falsely title or otherwise manipulate the identifier to conceal the source of any information transmitted to or through the service (directly or indirectly using third party software).
Any part of the "Framework" or "Mirror" services without our prior written authorization.
Use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to our services or the services (or any trademarks, trade names, service logos, emblems or slogans of our services) to direct anyone to any other mobile application and website for any purpose.
Modification, adaptation, redistribution, translation, sale, reverse engineering, deciphering, decompilation or otherwise anti-assembling of any part of the Service, any software on or for use in the Service, or causing others to do so.
Any content or information obtained from the Service that is published, used, transmitted or distributed in any manner or medium, directly or indirectly (e.g. screen scraping), but only in connection with your use of the Service under this Agreement.
Automatically, systematically or programmatically registering an account or publishing content.
Create an unnecessary number of accounts.If we determine that you have created various accounts to send spam, misunderstandings or for any other malicious reason, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice.
We strictly adhere to Google's policy regarding the protection of minors and their privacy rights.Children（under 13 years old）and minors are prohibited from registering for or using this application.: If you are under the age of 18, you cannot install or use [LolaChat].
a. You must be at least 18 years old;
b. You will not receive any restrictions when using any services provided by [LolaChat];
6. Agreement Acceptance and Usage Terms
You need to create an account in [LolaChat] and access and use [LolaChat] through the following methods:
You can create an account through your mobile phone number, Google account and device ID (one-click login). Please note that we have the right to access, collect and use the information related to these third-party accounts. For details on how we collect and/or use this information, please refer to the Privacy Agreement of this application.
Any account you create on [LolaChat] is your personal account. You are prohibited from gifting, lending, transferring, or otherwise allowing anyone else to access or use your account. Your account name, user ID, and any other identifiers you use on [LolaChat] remain our property. If your account is terminated or deactivated for any reason by you or us, we can disable, reclaim, and reuse these identifiers.
You are responsible for protecting your account details, including the password used to access your account and all information stored under it. We recommend setting a strong password and changing your login credentials regularly. If you know or suspect that your password or account has been compromised, you must immediately notify us by email. Unless we receive and confirm your notification of the theft of your account/password, all activities on [LolaChat] will be considered as your responsibility.
Please note that when you log in as a visitor, there is always the risk of losing your account and any benefits associated with it (such as the diamonds you prepaid). Therefore, we strongly recommend that you log in through your Google account to avoid any risk of information and diamond loss.
8. Account security and liability clause
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password created during registration and are fully accountable for all activity under your account. If you become aware that your username or password has been compromised, used without authorization, or if any other security issue arises, please notify us immediately. Additionally, please log out after each session to help protect the security of your account.
9. In-app virtual currency and payment
When you purchase or receive virtual currency items (such as diamonds or gold coins), you do not own them. These items are used for video, text chat, and other activities. You agree that we will not be liable to you based on our rights to the gold coins and other virtual currencies. We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility to use the virtual currency.
If we modify, suspend, or terminate the virtual currency, or if any loss or damage is caused by service errors or other reasons, we will not be responsible for repairing or replacing the virtual currency, nor will we provide you with any credit or refund. Purchased virtual currency cannot be re-licensed, refunded, or transferred, even if they expire, are revoked, or cease production. We may change the purchase price of the virtual currency and the way you use it at any time. We reserve the right to revoke or stop issuing the virtual currency without prior notice, refund, or compensation, and set expiration dates for the virtual currency. The virtual currency cannot be exchanged for any amount or monetary value. If you delete your account or your account is terminated for any reason, you will lose all accumulated and unused virtual currency, without a refund or other compensation. You agree that, based on our exercise of rights related to the virtual currency, we will not be liable to you.
Any virtual currency purchased or received by a user does not constitute property and is not transferable.
The paid services of [LolaChat] can be purchased through your accounts with certain third parties, such as your Google Play account ("third-party account"). If you purchase any paid services through a third-party account, the billing for these services will be displayed through your third-party account. You should review the terms of service of your third-party account, which we do not control.
During the payment process, you have completed the payment process. There is a certain probability that our service backend cannot immediately capture the "paid" status and related information due to network or other reasons, which may cause a delay in the virtual currency exchange response. If you do not understand or agree with this reality, you can contact us via email to express your concerns.
This agreement remains fully effective while you use the mobile application, website, and/or services. We may terminate your membership at any time if you breach this agreement without prior notice. If we terminate your service membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused subscription fees (if applicable). This agreement will remain in effect even after your membership is terminated. Our terms of service and/or the subscription fee (if applicable) provided at registration may change as needed. By using our services and becoming a member, you acknowledge that if you violate this agreement or fail to pay the service fees as required, we reserve the right to charge the service fees and terminate your membership. Standard usage charges for SMS and other data may apply and may be billed from your wireless service bill or deducted from your prepaid balance.
If we determine that your account poses a significant risk, we reserve the right to freeze or prohibit access to your account. You agree that all information you provide when creating an account, including through your Google account, is accurate and true. You have the right to post content on the service and grant [LolaChat] relevant permissions. You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any content you post as part of the service. We may delete any content that, in our judgment, violates this agreement or could harm the reputation of the service.
You agree that we, our affiliates and third party partners may place advertisements on the Service. By submitting any feedback or suggestions regarding our services, you agree that we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without paying you for it.
You agree that, if required by law or if we genuinely believe such access, retention, or disclosure is reasonably necessary, we may access, retain, and disclose your account information and content for the following reasons: (1) to comply with legal procedures; (2) to enforce this agreement; (3) to respond to third-party infringement claims; (4) to address your customer service requests; (5) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the company or any other party.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Services, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand arising from your breach of this Agreement in using the Services by any third party, including reasonable attorney's fees.
13. Support after-sales service
The service provides assistance and guidance through its customer service representatives. When communicating with our customer service representatives, you agree not to use abusive, obscene, disrespectful, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or inappropriate language. If we determine that your behavior towards any of our customer service representatives or other employees is threatening or offensive at any time, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account.
In addition to these terms, you must also comply with LolaChat's Privacy Agreement, which sets out how we collect, store and use your personal information when using [LolaChat] .
Some of our services and features may have additional terms specific to their use, which we will update this Agreement and notify you voluntarily. You must comply with such additional terms when using such services and features and such terms.
We may translate this Agreement into multiple languages. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.
You agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service, including but not limited to your or a third party's access to or use of our services, will be resolved by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, not through any court proceedings (except for small claims in the Small Claims Court if the claim is within the jurisdiction of a court and is made by an individual). Claims must be arbitrated, regardless of their basis or the pursuit of legal or equitable remedies. Arbitration applies to any and all such claims or disputes, whether past, present, or future. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
All of our intellectual property, including any future updates, upgrades, and new versions of this application, will remain the property of us. You have no right to use our intellectual property, except as expressly provided in these terms. In particular, you may not use our trademarks, product names, logos, domain names, or any other unique brand features without our prior written consent. Any comments or suggestions you provide about this application are entirely voluntary, and we will use them freely at our discretion, without paying you any fees or incurring any other obligations.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, reverse engineer, or extract the source code from this application, unless we do not prohibit you from doing so under applicable laws and regulations, or if you have obtained our prior written consent. If applicable laws and regulations permit you to reverse engineer or extract the source code from this application, you should first contact us to request the information you need.
We may provide the latest information to this application from time to time. Such updates can be made automatically or manually. Please note that if you do not install the upgrade or new version, the product application may not function properly or at all. We do not guarantee that we will provide any updates for every user of the application, nor do we guarantee that such updates will continue to support your device or system.
We may change the Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you when these changes are made. You understand and agree that if you use the Services after the date of the change, your use will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms of Service.
We are not liable for any inaccuracies in mobile applications, websites, and services, whether caused by users, members, devices, or programming. We are also not responsible for the user's behavior (whether online or offline), false registration information, content violations, interaction disputes, account security lapses, or unauthorized access. Additionally, we are not responsible for technical issues such as delays in information transmission, line failures, data theft, or tampering, as well as damage to user devices or data loss due to participating in services or downloading content. In any case, we are not responsible for personal injury, death, property loss, or service outcomes that do not meet expectations, as well as disputes arising from user interactions. This service is provided "as is," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not guarantee the specific results of using the service. We are also not responsible for third-party advertisements and their content on the platform, or the goods or services provided by advertisers.
20. Spam prohibition guidelines
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities related to spam in this service. If you violate this policy, we have the right to immediately terminate the service and take legal action against the spammers. Specifically, you must not provide spam, commercial advertisements, or other forms of commercial solicitation through uploading, posting, sending emails, or transmitting any information in the service. Violators may face civil and criminal penalties for you or your agents.
We assure you that we will provide support to [LolaChat] using reasonable and secure technology.
The risks associated with using this application are borne by you. We do not guarantee that our services will always be safe, reliable, or error-free, nor that they will always run smoothly without interruptions, delays, or imperfections. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements. We do not guarantee that the results obtained from us will be accurate or reliable. We do not guarantee that the quality of products, services, information, materials, or purchased features obtained through our services will meet your expectations. Any materials downloaded or obtained through our services are at your own risk. You will be fully responsible for any damage to your or others' devices, whether direct or indirect, caused by downloading such materials. In certain jurisdictions, such warranties or limitations may not apply. If so, the warranty and liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
Under no circumstances will our services be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or exemplary damages to you or any third party, including losses of profits resulting from your use of the mobile application and website or service, even if we have been informed of the potential for such damages. Any liability our services may incur towards you, regardless of the form of litigation, will always be limited to the amount of services you have paid us during your membership period (if applicable).
If you have any dissatisfaction, objection or complaint against other users of [LolaChat], including any complaint or inquiry regarding the measures taken by you in using [LolaChat], you should immediately submit such dissatisfaction or complaint to our designated customer service email address and provide us with all necessary information and/or documents so that we can try to resolve the problem.
By using the mobile application and website, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement. Your membership further confirms this acceptance, forming a complete and binding agreement between you and the service provider regarding the use of the mobile application, website, and/or Services. The service provider’s failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights or provisions. Chapter headings in this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or legal effect of the Agreement.
